MoFi MasterTracker: The master level cartridge for your vinyl

MoFi cartridges are designed with where it all begins – where the disc is created. In particular MoFi is lucky not to have to invent anything here: “a cutting lathe” has been creating precious editions of vinyl records for dozens of years at the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab in the USA.

The top-of-the-line MasterTracker cartridge features a V-Twin dual magnet generator that exactly mirrors the layout of the cutting cartridge  that creates the recording groove when creating the vinyl record. Employing two powerful, low-mass magnets aligned in a V shape parallel to the grooves in the disc, MasterTracker offers excellent tracking ability and record-breaking sensitivity.

MasterTracker is natively equipped in the MoFi UltraDeck + M turntable but can be purchased alone to be subsequently mounted on the basic version of the same turntable (UltraDeck) as well as on other turntables.

Body in damped aluminum

The MoFi UltraTracker's well-damped aluminum body controls resonances for precise bass reproduction. In addition, UltraTracker offers an ideal bandwidth that lets every detail of the music leak through, with detail always without smearing.

V-cut diamond stylus

Using a V-cut diamond stylus (the nib that fits between the grooves of the record), MasterTracker easily tracks complex dynamic passages. You'll hear more detail than ever before and get a musical experience that will send shivers down your spine. The diamond is chosen to give the stylus maximum durability. The V shape (cut) given to the stylus, the same shape of the grooves in the record, determines a great deal of detail that can emerge from the original engraving. The design chosen by MoFi guarantees great durability and an enormous amount of detail.
